The Hi error message is caused by the version of PHP used on the current site. The latest version of Jetpack requires PHP 5.6 or higher. Try it

Contact your web host and ask everyone to upgrade PHP to version 7.3 later.

If your web host cannott update the site, the exact error can be fixed using FTP or file manager in the new control panel for your hosting password to access the Jetpack folder via / wp-content / plugins. delete.
