Don Paulsen, a prominent Oklahoma Department of Commerce administrator, doubted this omission, so he said he could call Rand McNally’s representatives on Monday to explain why.

Oklahoma Department of Commerce Secretary Don Paulsen expressed his disbelief in most cases and said that on Monday he could call Rand McNally’s officials and ask for only one explanation.
