  • NO, none of our codecs are currently installed in VDJ. Windows XP, you will find them in Control Panel> Sounds and Audio Devices> Hardware> Video Codecs> Properties … which lists all the video codecs of an application installed for general use (some programs use codec owners in other homes. To which you may have not be access).

I have no idea where they are on Vista (if anyone knows where to find them, let me know whenI will get them. minutes and start over as I’ve always had codec issues in Vegas, Windows Media Player and Zoom Player). but most of the codecs installed by the package show up there because VDj picks the codec to use, I have no idea and no one ever told you how to assign a specific codec to VDJ.

The -k- lite-team codec will install some utilities via Start> Programs> K-Lite Codec Pack … I don’t see if they help. Changing

only the codec may or may not solve the problem of video freezing. Many computers (all three are incredibly enabled despite dozens of updates found) have a very simple video freeze (less than a second) that downloads certain videos when certain videos are looped and when “control shots” are selected for some videos. They also crash when opening large versions of files in a session for the first time, changing DVD transitions, and running certain plugins.

I believe there is enough on dangerous computers for you to follow, but after dozens of graphics card upgrades, motherboard upgrades, freed The freezing of the RAM, the transition from XP to Vista, the freeze persists, and I came to the conclusion that in fact the freezing of the video clip has something to do with the processing of video clips, it will stop in a split second if access to the hard disk is required for something important, because every time I notice that the hard drive is being accessed, of course there is a freeze access … just my opinion from the comment. but nobody ever understood what the problem was and how to fix it all the time (or usually never gave me an answer)!

From my own experience with the K-Lite codec, I’ve found that Standard works best

The basic package does not include some types of lodges that you may need, soFor some reason, the more complete versions of Full, Mega, etc. personally cause me various problems with poorly readable videos.

During the installation, I didn’t think about installing your media player, but I also chose the option to open all personal files in Windows Media Player. Then when you go to the VDJ codec options just add a few more file types (like .flv) then select (I think videos, writing articles, sorry for that from memory).

I have more trouble running some mpeg files and thus vob files until I install another DVD player like PowerDVD. Even with the K-lite codec installed, DVD VOBs won’t work fine until I install PowerDVD. I don’t know why, but it works, I don’t actually do anything about it.

If you are not sure if you have found all installed programs, check them in the “Add or Remove Programs” section. Remove anything you don’t ask for or use, remove the old codec there, try reinstalling the codec

Indeed, thanks for the last two posts, definitely more information.

Should my partner uninstall the program? Uninstall and uninstall all video and audio playback software tools to get started ???
