Answer: In your case, most of the “vendor code 17002″this is the exact defect of ORA-12541: it is very likely thatYour headset has the wrong port or service name. From TNS docs:

    ORA-12541: no headphones

What does the ERR connection refused error code mean?

Reason: The location repository listener was unavailablestart off.

Action: Run the headphones on the machine where the source is exactlyThe depot is located.

  • Basically SQL Developer can’t find a listener. Check firsttnsnames.ora and unfortunately make sure it points to the server р fixes andHarbor. If the form server is on a different computer, check the TNS permission.with tnsping from the command line. Finally, check if I can say thatListener.

     #Status

    connection refused error code = 17 002

This lsnrctl should display each listener status and actual service.listen. Keep this in mind when running SQL * Plus on a database.Server, it doesn’t really need a listener to connectan entry for the tnsnames.ora database.

They will use the lsnrctl sale status to make surethe earphone is always off and lsnrctl starts up your earphone. If you are still on Windows, also check if the show-goer service is running.

Question: Have I tried connecting to Oracle?SQL Developer and I see all errors.

    connection refused error code = 17 002

Exception OK: The network card is not necessary completelyEstablish a connection
    Seller code 17002

Action: Start a listener on the exact source computer.Repository.

The following simple errors can occur during design (over time in both inbound and outbound directions) and during youfullness.

    • The message was received not only within X seconds after the offset interval

There may be several reasons for the delay, such as connectivity issues between Oracle Integration and Connectivity Brokerage, or degraded connectivity agent performance. If this error occurs, make sure the agent connection is working. Check the agent status under Dashboards> Agents in Oracle Integration.

Can You Help Me with vendor code 17002?

      Note.

If you are using an adapter to connect to your Oracle E-Business Suite database instance, this error and just the same error is recurring, check Quandary SQL plans and other SQL tuning areas. … The adapter uses JDBC in the bus driver APIs to get metadata like table information, stored procedure information, etc. This involves executing some SQL by querying the JDBC driver that includes SYS tables such as the ALL_TYPES table . Since Oracle E-Business Suite has a large data vocabulary, metadata queries must solve the optimization problem To improve the overall performance of my adapter.

    • SQLState: 08006 errorCode: 17002 Message: I / O error: Connection timed out

This error can occur when database sessions are interrupted by a huge network firewall or some other more reason. The adapter will automatically recover during the state and new connections will be created. However, some requests using previous connections may time out. Make sure the experts say the firewall is not interrupting unproductive connections.

    • Timeouts can also occur due to design issues. Avoid certain anti-models. For example, do not explicitly create the same table as the create operation if the initialization page can query for the same table.
No message received after waiting X seconds

If you are using an adapter to connect to a specific Oracle E-Business Suite database instance, in addition to the persistenterrors, check someone’s SQL query plans and other aspects of SQL optimization. The adapter uses JDBC in the driver APIs to get metadata like table information, stored average data, etc. This requires some SQL to be executed by looking up the JDBC driver, specifically the SYS furniture such as the ALL_TYPES table . Because Oracle E-Business Suite has a good data vocabulary, metadata queries need to be optimized to improve the overall adapter results.
