In this guide, we’ll take a look at some of the possible causes of adding a subdomain to a zone file, and then suggest some possible fixes that you can try to resolve the issue.

This global website subdomain describes a configuration in which the business structures of the subdomains are defined as follows:

• Zone logo (domain) = example.com
• Domain hostname – bill.example.com
• Subdomain name = us.example.com
• Subdomain Host Definition = ftp.us.example.com

You have a choice based on two strategies for working with this type of subdomain addressing structure:
