You can use any of the following steps to identify and resolve problems with Office and the functionality of 2007 programs that already installed

Method 1: Run Microsoft Office Diagnostics

To run Microsoft Office diagnostics from a 2007 Office program, follow these steps:

1. Run the Office Diagnostic Tool. Use one of the following methods to complete this guide:
   • For 2007 Office Menu-Based Tools, click Office Diagnostics inHelp menu.
   • For the 2007 Office Ribbon program, do the following:

a) Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Program Options.

Note. In this variant “Program” corresponds to the name of the program.

b) Click Resource in the navigation pane.

c) Clickthose are “Diagnostics”.

1. Click Next.
2. Click Start Diagnostics.

Note. If the Office Diagnostics tool has a problem, it will try to fix it. Problem.

1. When the Office Diagnostic Tool completes, click Close.

Note. You can run Microsoft Office diagnostics from the Start menu at the same time. To do this, follow these steps:
