Go to Norton Security
Click “Settings” (the second icon in the top power menu)
Hover over the word “Firewall” and click. For
Tab >> Traffic rules
Click “Add”
Accept the default “Allow connections matching this key fact rule.”
Select “Default Connection Type”, most likely with other computers.
Select any computer or any computer on a specific local subnet.
Choose a protocol: usually “tcp and therefore udp” or “tcp” are used.

Port Specification: Click the “Individually Identified Ports” radio button, enter the port number.
Click “OK”
Click “Next”

Note that the page display rules are listed alphabetically. Look down and find the ruler you entered. If you want thisdid not happen, select the rule and see “Delete”.
