Scanner Communication Difficulty and TWAIN Errors

ScanSoft has detected an obstruction communicating with your scanner.

If an error message appears while scanning, make sure the scanner is fully plugged in and turned on, and then check if the problem is with one of the scanning programs or just ScanSoft.
