- WARNING : Before installing this update, make sure your computer is running without andAC power supply. If the installation is interrupted due to loss of stamina with reference to the BIOS, the computer may not work correctly or not work at all!
- To ensure that no other software is interfering with the installation, save all your work and close all other programs. There should be no more tasks on the taskbar before proceeding.
- Download the exact file EP0000601228.exe to a possible temporary download directory (see help information in this manual directory).
- Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the EP0000601228.exe file to start the actual installation.
- On the User Control Account screen, click Yes.
- On the VAIO firmware update screen, the tool will verify that the installation plan is R0250DA compliant, then click Update.
- The system is currently rebooting. Are you sure you want to download the VAIO firmware? Click OK in the dialog box.
Note. The technology will automatically turn off after completing the BIOS update. - After stopping the technology, wait35 seconds, then turn on any computer.
- Once the system reboots, the BIOS update installation is complete.
