Coincidentally, I start in the morning for the first time. After 3 attempts to start the bug flew away and everything seems to be fine until the morning.

Synchronization error (processor speed) is, of course, rare. Is this a custom PC?
There are several ways to change the temporal speed (overclocking) of your processor.
