I downloaded libmcrypt.dll from http://ftp.emini.dk/pub/php/win32/mcrypt/ and copied the file to system32 for you.
Then activate line extension = php_mcrypt.dll via php.ini and restart apache.I
When I execute phpinfo () in the morning it shows me:
