Why is Portal 2 not opening?
I was able to get it to work by going to Steam Steamapps Common Portal2 and finding the main portal2.exe file (application). Follow the right and select Properties. Click the Exact Compatibility tab and uncheck the Run this show in Compatibility Mode check box. Once I know it, it works fine now.
