I’m trying to download a new app of my application in the morning, but usually some of these errors occur at the end of the download process.
Failed to upload archive due to errors:
- communication error. Please use the connection check diagnostic mode. You need outbound access to the TCP 443 connection.
- An exception occurred Other: sun.security.validator.Validator.Exception: PKIX traversal build failed: sun.security .provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: Unable to set a valid certification path to the requested target.
- Unable to connect to Apple Globus service.
I’ve searched for days to fix the problem but haven’t taken any tactical action. I found people saying to turn off the firewall, but not wondering if that would be the right way to go. It.
I’ve already updated Java to the latest version, but it didn’t make any difference. The problem seems to be literally with port 443, I only have experience with these ports and networks.

After days of fiddling, Java updates, device firmware updates, firewall shutdowns, and countless hundreds of Internet searches, the problem was eventually seen as what was protecting us — antivirus.
The antivirus blocked 443 for an unknown reason, after stopping the antivirus, the application was loaded normally. What a stupid mistake!
