    SQL: field matching error

    Hello everyone,

    The following queue often generates an error message in the form of a header:
    (I hope it doesn’t take long to run ;> )

  • SELECT a.SemID, b.RoomID, c.DaySeq, c.PeriodID –
    FROM Sem a, Room t, TimeTable c;
    WHERE b.SemID = a.SemID;
    and b.SemID = c.SemID —
    and c.Open = .T. ;
    and c.LowPrior=.F. ;
    and DOES NOT EXIST;
    (SELECT * FROM BadPeriod;
    WHERE BadPeriod.SemID = c.SemID;
    and BadPeriod.DaySeq= c.DaySeq – –
    and BadPeriod.PeriodID = c.PeriodID;
    and BadPeriod.RoomID equals b.RoomID);
    ORDER BY 1,2,3,4

    It looks like the
    error is coming from a subquery that has an external reference
    to two desktops d ‘ corner. If I remove one of the external links in the
    WHERE clause of your subquery, your query will still work.

    Try this query in > ALL (subquery). IN (subquery) is not supported in this case, and EXIST (subquery) is not supported when there are multiple correlation tables. EVERYTHING would probably be a revelation. This is an alternative logic, but it can lead a person to the same result. I need resources to test this.
    By the way, why isn’t there a timeline for the room id here when there is one when using the Badperiod room id? And what gives the family.

    Another solution would be to create a handy temporary calendar containing a meaningful room ID in the first request; this absolutely forces you to refer to c.roomid when it comes to the subquery, not b.roomid.

    -Other

    SELECT a.SemID, b.RoomID, c.DaySeq, c.PeriodID;
    C week a, room b, time c;
    WHERE b.SemID is equal to a.SemID;
    and b.SemID = c.SemID;
    and c.Open=.T. —
    and c.LowPrior = .F. ;
    and b.roomid ALL >; – – < br> ORDER BY 1,2,3,4

    -Miscellaneous

    Hello almost everyone,

    The following queue generates an error message as a title:
    (J hopefully that It won’t take long ;> )
    SELECT a.SemID, b.RoomID, c.DaySeq, c.PeriodID – –
    FROM Sem a, Room b, TimeTable c;
    WHERE b.SemID = a.SemID;
    and b.SemID is equal to c.SemID;
    and c.Open=.T. – –
    and c.LowPrior = .F. ;
    and DOES NOT EXIST;
    (SELECT * FROM BadPeriod ;
    WHERE BadPeriod.SemID = c.SemID ;
    and BadPeriod.DaySeq= c.DaySeq ;
    and BadPeriod.PeriodID means c.PeriodID ;
    and BadPeriod .RoomID equals b.RoomID);
    ORDER BY
    1,2,3,4

    The problem seems to be that the subquery has an outer pass to two tables. If I lose any mention in the WHERE clause of a particular subquery, the query will fail.

    Of course, my >ALL request will not lower testosterone upon reflection. Perhaps this:

    CHOOSE R.roomid, S.semid, T.dayseq, T.periodid;
    DE RAUM AS R BECOME A MEMBER AS SEM S BECOME A MEMBER Schedules AS T ;
    ON T.half = S.half;
    IN ON R.half = B.half;
    WHERE THERE IS NO R.roomid;
    ( SELECT R.roomid ;
    FROM ROOM AS JOIN r Sem AS S JOIN Schedule AS T JOIN Badperiod AS B ;
    ON B.dayseq = T.dayseq AND B.periodid = T .periodid AND B.semid = T.semid ;
    ON T.semid = S.semid ;
    ON Rsemid = B.semid AND R.roomid = B.roomid );
