    Step 1. Stop The Car

  • For this to work, there are a few steps to follow. The first is to go through the entire process of creating a new confidential machine. Your process will definitely define a new drive for what cars. Make sure the size of the new drive is really needed for the additional drive. By default, the user clicks 10GB – if that provides enough extra space for your small virtual disk, leave it as it is. If you need more storage space, you usually configure it when you create a virtual machine.

    After the normal creation of the new virtual machine, you can go back and delete the new web machine. This process leaves the newly created disk below, which you can then use for your old virtual machine.

    The next step is the step where you open the settings for your individual server machine (the one on which you are installing the disk), and then go to the “Storage” section (Figure A). This is where you integrate your new reader into this real machine. This new disk will be slightly uninitialized and will need to be attempted to initialize later (from a Windows VM running on a treadmill – more on that in a moment).

    For the new disk, someone has to select the main virtual machine control and click the Add Hard Disk control. When you do this, a disk swap will appear under the controller. When you select this new hard drive, you will most likely replace the hard drive from the drop-down menu (Figure B) with the hard drive you created earlier.

    If necessary, click the Hard Drive drop-down list. All available discs are displayed on the TV screen.

    After the hard drive is restored, you must select it as the primary slave device (from the location drop-down menu) and then click OK.

    Step 3. Self-initializing The Hard Drive

    You should now turn on your virtual machine and start it up. After the product has been up and running, click Start |Do the same, then enter compmgmt.msc. When this device starts up, click the hard disk management section under Storage (you can purchase to expand the tree for easier viewing), then click the hard disk you want to initialize. When you click on the primary disk to initialize it, you actually see the Initialize and Convert Highlighted Disk wizard (Figure C). Check the hard drive for initialization and click Next.

    You may have more drives than listed. Make sure the correct drive is selected on your website.

    The next step is to choose the hard drive that everyone wants to convert. Select this blank disk and click Next. Finally, the guru will give you an account of what must be done (Figure D).

    If everything is in order, click Finish. This reader will be initialized.

    Once your precious disk has been selected, click the “Next” button to proceed to the next stage of splitting. At this point, you delegate the drive letter and click Next. On the next screen (Figure G), select the format in which you want to format the disk, if applicable, the format you want for the disk.

    If notIf necessary, you must mark the drive. You can also customize the compression and write fast type instead of standard format.

    With this configuration saved, click Next to complete the formatting. Usually you are almost done with this task.

    Initial Phase: Reboot

    For this disk to be available to Windows, you must have already rebooted the virtual machine. After that, the move is available for any system.

    Final Thoughts

    You now have a disk for your virtual machine. Although a new disk is added during this process, the size of the primary disk in the virtual machine still does not grow. To do this, you will have to use Clonezilla (or some other hard drive cloning tool). But in terms of adding a large new virtual disk, the above solution allows you to expand the virtual machine as much as you want.
